Our Approach

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

Coming in as a new patient, our providers spend quality time in assessing your condition with in-depth questions and therapeutic techniques.

Psychotherapy

Our psychiatrists and nurse practitioners have extensive experience in the many complex forms of psychotherapy (talk therapy). Using this method not only helps the provider in forming and/or modifying a diagnosis but it also helps the client understand their own thoughts & feelings better as well.

Medicine Management

During each of your visits, the doctor or nurse practitioner will be overseeing your medications that were prescribed initially. Based on their assessment in that visit, the providers will adjust your medication dosage as needed.

Routine follow-ups

Follow-up appointments are highly recommended in treating your mental condition. We also prescribe medication refills after each follow-up visit.

Let's Talk

The first step in therapy is getting know each other. Let's find a time to discuss about what's on your mind.
