ADHD Assessment

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder abbreviated as “ADHD” is a mental health disorder that can cause high levels of hyperactive and impulsive behaviors. This can impede focus and cause sitting still for long periods of time to be difficult.

Anxiety Disorder

Everyone has occasional anxiety but there can be times when anxiety cannot be manageable causing constant and overwhelming thoughts and fears.

Depressive Disorder

Also called major depressive disorder (MDD), depression is having feelings of hopelessness, worthlessness, and restlessness. Losing interest in things you used to enjoy is another sign of depression.

Eating Disorders

Usually triggered by anxiety, are disorders that cause an individual to have unhealthy eating habits which can go on long term if untreated. Some common types of eating disorders are anorexia nervosa, bulimia, and binge-eating.

Mood Disorder

A condition which a person experiences long periods of extreme happiness, extreme sadness, or both. This can affect routine activities such as work or in school.

Panic Disorder

Another anxiety disorder which causes panic attacks from overwhelming feelings. Sometimes physical symptoms arise during a panic attack such as chest tightness, short of breath, shakiness, hands are cold etc.

OCD

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is another condition triggered by anxiety which causes people to have recurring, unwanted thoughts, ideas or obsessions that make them feel driven to do something repetitively. These ritualistic behaviors can interfere with daily activities and social interactions.

Out-patient alcohol and opioid detox (uncomplicated)

Drug & alcohol detoxification is the process of letting the body remove illicit substances in it. Our office is limited and only capable of administering uncomplicated cases with patients who are able to maintain sobriety during the treatment process.

Medication Management

We will take pharmacotherapy approach for patients if it is necessary for best treatment experience. 

Family Sessions

We have sessions with extended time in the presence of a family member(s). 

Treatment for the Youth

For mental illnesses that develop among children, teens and young adults, our office provides effective treatments tailored for the youth.

Please note our office is equipped, staffed, and best-trained to seeing patients from ages 16 to 65.
